Chef Thaddaeus, known as Chef Thad, is a distinguished master craftsman celebrated for his expertise in chocolate sculpting, sugar art, and creative cake design. His national and international acclaim stems from his remarkable artistry and innovative approach, making him a cornerstone at the Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia (APCA).

A highly creative individual, Chef Thad plays a crucial role in shaping APCA Schools' efforts to create unique pastry works. His numerous national awards and membership in Team APCA highlight his dedication and expertise. Renowned for his exceptional sculpting techniques and inventive ideas, Chef Thad draws students from around the globe eager to learn from his mastery.

Chef Pui Teng is an acclaimed pastry chef known for her impressive achievements. She was crowned Asia Pastry Champion in 2022 and achieved 6th place at the 2023 World Pastry Cup. Currently Executive Pastry Chef at APCA Malaysia, she trains the students, and involves in masterclasses in between.

Pui Teng has collaborated with renowned chefs like MOF Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud and contributed to global projects for Haagen Dazs and R&D in China. Her career includes international work with Sun-In Co Ltd in South Korea and collaborations with chefs Nicholas Boussin MOF and Ludovic Chesnay at Elle Vire. She has earned accolades including Bronze medals at Culinaire Malaysia and a 1st place win in the Best Viennoiserie Category at the California Raisin Competition.
