His national and international acclaim stems from his remarkable artistry and innovative approach, making him a cornerstone at the Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia (APCA).

A highly creative individual, Chef Thad plays a crucial role in shaping APCA Schools' efforts to create unique pastry works. His numerous national awards and membership in Team APCA highlight his dedication and expertise. Renowned for his exceptional sculpting techniques and inventive ideas, Chef Thad draws students from around the globe eager to learn from his mastery.

Chef Charles is an acclaimed pastry chef, honored as the Asia Pastry Champion in 2022 and achieving sixth place at the 2023 World Pastry Cup in France. Known for his meticulous attention to creativity, packaging, and presentation, Charles joined the Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia in March 2018, bringing extensive experience from renowned hotels including Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Kuala Lumpur, and Sofitel Hotel Damansara. His dedication to excellence and innovation in pastry has established him as a highly respected figure in the industry, inspiring others with his skill and creativity.
